Self-driving vehicles are generating a massive amount of data that limit their advent on the road. We aim to solve this problem by designing an efficient "Smart Data" management software.
We are introducing a new data management solution that enables relevant data to move faster and more reliably from vehicles to development teams via the could. Autonomous vehicles generate a massive amount of data (up to 5TB per hour per vehicle), creating an expensive, time consuming, hypercomplex, and unsustainable data pipeline. Currently, the problem is that 99% of autonomous driving raw data have little value when initially captured, causing development teams and third parties to struggle to access, identifying, and organizing the valuable data. To address this issue, our goal is to provide autonomous driving actors with a tool helping them focus on the 1% important situations, the “smart data”. Hence, we’ve designed a 4 step approach to detect, certify, process, and distribute relevant data faster and more reliably through a handy cloud-based software.
