Moka is a SaaS software that helps companies optimize recruitment services and find suitable talents for companies more efficiently. It was co-founded in September 2015 by Zhao Oulun, who graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in computer science, and Li Guoxing, who graduated from Stanford with a major in computer science. MokaHR aims to use resume analysis technology and machine learning algorithms to summarize and analyze the resume information characteristics of a large number of job applicants. Through partial semantic analysis and pattern matching of important information in the resume, it learns a large number of corporate recruitment behavior data and conducts big data.
