Smart Robots S.r.l. has been established in October 2016 as an e-Novia startup and as a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano. By exploiting its IPs, Patent Portfolio, and know-how, it manufactures and introduces into the market the first product that brings artificial vision, perception, and cognitive capabilities to collaborative robots. The technology is based on a 3D video sensor, that enhances the collaborative skills of robots. In industrial applications, SmartRobots products allow us to maximize task productivity by improving the collaboration between collaborative robots and operators.
