Unlikely AI is an Artificial Intelligence start-up based in London. We are a talented team taking an ambitious, fresh look at artificial intelligence. Most of our work has not yet been announced. However, an early example illustrating some of what we can do is Crossword Genius - an app containing an AI, Ross, who can solve and explain even the most difficult cryptic crossword clues. The app also uses state-of-the-art machine vision to read in crosswords found in newspapers via the smartphone camera and allow solving on your device.
We obsess about building magical products that amaze our customers and change their lives. We search ceaselessly for the best ideas and invent to create the radically new. We are not limited by the conventional. We make software do new things. We bring science fiction to life.
