We at appengine.ai (World’s Top Promising AI/ML Startups) are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who register to use our products/Services (“Users”), individuals who visit our Web sites (“Visitors”), and individuals whom our Customers are contacting to do business with (“Contacts”). This Privacy Policy primarily describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it as well as your options to control, access and correct your personal information.

appengine.ai’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website’s use of information received, and App’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements.

appengine.ai complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework(s) to the United States. appengine.ai has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/.

appengine.ai is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Frameworks, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Appengine.ai complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU or Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Appengine.ai is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Appengine.ai may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over our compliance with the Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield Principles describe our accountability for personal data that it subsequently transfers to a third-party agent. Under those Principles, we shall remain liable if third-party agents process the personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
