CogniFiber (2019) is an innovative start-up company developing a game changing hardware that can accelerate complex calculations by 100,000 times by performing them in proprietary optic-fiber based processors as light passes through them. This technology can be used for artificial intelligence and other computationally intensive tasks.

After years of researching and our successful early seeding phase, we are moving from prototyping to early production and plan on rolling out our first products in early 2021 to our strategic partners for field testing and optimization.We will begin with an IoT oriented system the size of a 45 Unit server rack, a cut down version of the optical data centers we plan on rolling out eventually. This DeepLight system will be ideal for the implementation of neural networks and already uses inference at the speed of light.This modestly sized server will be replacing a huge part of an entire data center with a minimal power consumption of 10kW/h. It is this incredible increase in efficiency that makes us so confident that DeepLight Technology will be the next step in the evolution of information technology.
