We're building a new way to prepare meals so that robots soon will be as common as microwaves or dishwashers in kitchens!

Dexai is automating activities in commercial kitchens and the food industry more broadly, using flexible robot arms. Our first product, "Alfred", automates food assembly by using utensils to scoop/pick ingredients, exceeding human capabilities in speed and precision. Alfred is a plug-and-play solution for restaurants with food counters similar to Chipotle and Sweetgreen and can be used to prepare salads, bowls, etc. without any alteration to a restaurant's layout or recipes.
