We help software engineers new to the field get practical work experience and land employment at tech startups. We use take-home assessments instead of resumes and work simulations instead of interviews to help software engineers that come from non-traditional backgrounds get noticed by employers. Our mission is to help bridge the gap between education and employment so people who are getting overlooked in the hiring process can have employment opportunities they otherwise wouldn't.
