We are conducting research and development of AI that analyzes time-series data of mold pressure and mold temperature to detect molding abnormalities and derive optimal injection molding conditions. It can be expected to reduce the burden on the site, such as adjusting processing conditions due to molding abnormalities in daily molding processing. AI analyzes the acceleration sensor installed on the grinding wheel head in real time to detect grinding abnormalities and the dressing timing of the grinding wheel. By quantitatively managing the variable life of the grinding wheel, the life of the grinding wheel can be maximized, and a great effect can be expected in the field where expensive grinding wheels such as CBN and super-abrasive wheels are used.
