Nextremer’s technology is changing Customer Support and Automated Guidance. Our aim is to create an AI dialogue system that solves real problems, truly improving on the user’s experience. Therefore we want to propose a new value creation tool for the market, built around “Must-have” solutions, rather than “Fun to have” ones. We are also conducting collaborative research on fundamental artificial intelligence technology with select companies and universities. Collaborative research is focused on utilization for fields such as robotics and mobility.
