Pergamin is a business tool for creating, closing, and managing online contracts dedicated to medium and small enterprises, which in the course of their business operations close many repetitive contracts. Pergamin allows closing the entire contracting process in one, intuitive to use the tool. Starting from the initial stage, i.e. creating modular templates based on the developed legal structures and working on templates when creating contracts for specific cases.
